After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in photojournalism, I started my career at Atlanta magazine, where I was eventually promoted to Photography Director. My 11 year tenure with Atlanta magazine gave me the incredible opportunity to meet and build professional relationships with a large number of Atlanta's vast and talented pool of photographers, videographers, fashion stylists, and hair and makeup stylists. My photo directing skills led me to the retail marketing space at Spanx as their Senior Photography, Production Manager. That position informed me on the e-commerce and retail side of lifestyle and product photography. Now, I am continuing my love of photography with a professional and creative adventure on my own. I enjoy photographing good food, interesting people, and unique places. I am available for freelance directing, producing and shooting assignments. In addition to photography, I also love rompers, Robyn, and my three rescue animals. When I’m not in Atlanta you can find me on St.Simons Island hanging with my family and hunting for megalodons.
